Rooted in the community, we focus on caring for young people and women. Our mission is to care for grassroots youth, empower young new arrivals to Hong Kong, nurture the whole person and help dreams come true — supporting young people to grow in every dimension, discover their potential, equip themselves, plan their path in life and enter the workplace.
We provide grassroots youth with interest development, emotional support, life planning, workplace experience, and volunteering and community-service opportunities. We also run regular Mainland exchange and youth visit programmes that broaden young people's horizons, deepen their understanding of national development and build a wider perspective.
We go into public housing estates, neighbourhoods and schools to care for the needs of disadvantaged youth, connect community resources and help young people move up in life. Over the years we have walked alongside countless grassroots young people as they grew — helping them break through their limits, realise their dreams, and become a new generation of responsible, capable Hong Kong youth who give back to society.
