ABOUT US

Introduction & Vision

The Hong Kong Teenager All-round Development Association is a non-profit S88 approved charity (Charity No. 91/19353). Rooted in the community, we focus on caring for young people and women, with a mission to support grassroots youth, empower newly arrived young people, nurture all-round development, and help dreams come true — helping young people grow fully, discover their potential, equip themselves, plan their path ahead, and step into the workforce.

We provide grassroots youth with interest development, emotional support, career planning, workplace experience, volunteering, and community service programmes, and regularly organise mainland exchange and youth visit activities that broaden horizons, deepen understanding of national development, and build a global perspective.

We go into housing estates, neighbourhoods, and schools to care for the needs of disadvantaged youth, connecting community resources to help young people move upward. Over the years we have walked alongside countless grassroots youth, helping them break through limitations and realise their dreams, nurturing a new generation of responsible, capable Hong Kong young people who know how to give back to society.

OUR MISSION

Our Aims

Three commitments shape how we support young people in Hong Kong.

01

Nurture future leaders

On a non-profit basis, advance students' development in youth exchange, social service, and the three pursuits — study, work, and enterprise — drawing out their potential and cultivating leaders for Hong Kong and the nation.

02

Be the bridge

Serve as a bridge connecting student bodies' activities and exchanges around youth exchange, social service, and the three pursuits — and distribute charitable support and/or grants where it counts.

03

Engage with society

Organise charitable activities that move society to care for young people, helping them realise their goals and step actively into community life.
